Our Collaboration Process
1. Discovery Conversation
We start with a brief discovery chat (phone, video or chat) to learn about your goals, current challenges, and priorities. In this session we pinpoint your most urgent needs and where our team can help. For example, we’ll identify the key tasks you need offloaded and align on a support plan. By the end of this call, you’ll have a clear idea of how we can work together and what the next steps are.
2. Onboarding & Setup
Once we begin, we onboard you and your team. We gather access to your essential tools (email, calendar, project apps, etc.) We map out your workflows and priorities – reviewing existing processes, key contacts, and recurring tasks – so everything is documented up front. Finally, we set clear communication guidelines (which apps and channels to use, expected response times, regular update schedules, etc.). This ensures everyone knows how and when to exchange information, avoiding confusion down the line.
3. Ongoing Support & Partnership
With everything set up, we shift to proactive execution and continuous improvement. Your async EA handles assigned tasks according to the plan, regularly updating you on progress so you can focus on high-level work. We hold periodic check-ins (weekly or bi‑weekly as needed) to review results, adjust priorities, and answer questions. These regular touchpoints keep us aligned and prevent issues from piling up. Over time, we document standard operating procedures and optimize workflows behind the scenes, helping your operations run smoothly without adding to your to‑do list. As your goals evolve, we adapt our support and suggest new efficiencies.
