We support a team that organizes social events in Switzerland by managing event publishing, communication, and operational tasks across multiple platforms. Our role ensures that every event is consistently presented, easy to find, and aligned with the brand.

Our work includes:


• Publishing events on Meetup, Eventbrite, Luma, and Facebook Groups
• Writing and optimizing event descriptions
• Adding visuals, links, and tags
• Updating events when details change
• Responding to attendee questions and messages
• Managing RSVPs and attendee lists
• Tracking ticket sales and attendance
• Supporting outreach to cafés, restaurants, and venues
• Organizing assets (Canva folders, links, SOPs) so the team has everything in one place
